Privacy Policy

MailFlow is an email scheduling application built and operated by Raktim Chandra. This page explains what data it handles and why.

What we collect

When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. They are used only to create your account and show who is signed in. MailFlow does not request access to your Gmail, contacts or any other Google data.

We store the emails you schedule (recipients, subject and message), their delivery status and, if you connect Slack, the incoming webhook for the channel you choose.

How it is stored

Data is kept in a database on a private server. Slack credentials and mailbox passwords are encrypted at rest, and sessions use secure, http-only cookies.

What we never do

We do not sell or share your data, show ads, or use it for anything other than the features you use. Emails are sent through Ethereal test mailboxes and are not delivered to real inboxes.

Deleting your data

You can disconnect Slack at any time from the sidebar. To delete your account and everything linked to it, email raktimchandra26@gmail.com.
